Our collection includes two main categories: premium artificial (fashion) jewelry crafted with high-quality materials for a luxurious look, and genuine sterling silver pieces. Each product listing specifies the exact materials used.
Will the jewelry tarnish?
Our jewelry is designed to maintain its look with proper care. Avoid contact with water, perfume, and lotions, and store your pieces in a dry place when not wearing them.
Is your jewelry safe for sensitive skin?
Many customers wear our jewelry comfortably, and skin-related issues have been very rare in our experience. That said, because sensitivities and allergies can differ from person to person, we cannot guarantee that every piece will be suitable for all skin types. If you have particularly sensitive skin or known metal allergies, we recommend reviewing the product details carefully and using your own discretion. Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I start a return?
Simply email us at our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours. Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States. Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3-7 business days. We ship from the United States, so you won't experience long international shipping delays.
Will I receive tracking information?
Absolutely. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. We're working on expanding to international shipping in the future. Stay tuned!
