Standard shipping: 3–7 business days within the United States. Free on orders over $100.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn and in original condition
• Items must be in their original packaging
• Security tags must not be removed or cut off
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

How to start a return: Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders arrive within 4–9 business days (1–2 days processing + 3–7 days shipping). You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding to international shipping in the future.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. It may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
