Return & Refund Policy

At Kiian Jewelry, we stand behind the quality of our pieces and want you to shop with confidence. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you must request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. Return requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition in which it was received
• The item must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
• The security tag must remain fully attached and untampered

If the security tag has been removed, altered, or damaged, the item is not eligible for return.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email info@kiianjewelry.com within 7 days of delivery.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or personalized pieces
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Items with removed or tampered security tags

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy requirements.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original piece (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.

8. European Union Orders

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Items must still meet all eligibility requirements, including being unworn, unused, and with the security tag fully attached.

9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
