Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kiian Jewelry. Please review our shipping policy below for information on processing times, shipping rates, tracking, and delivery.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.

During high-volume periods (new drops, holidays, promotions), processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery timelines (after processing) are:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Kiian Jewelry is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@kiianjewelry.com. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or your building’s mail area

  • Contact the carrier directly for more details

Kiian Jewelry is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to help you file a claim or locate the shipment.

6. Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@kiianjewelry.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging (including the shipping label)

We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it.

7. International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees set by your country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Customs processing times can also cause delivery delays outside of our control.
